1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ExamSmith ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

• ExamSmith is provided for educational and exam preparation purposes only.
• You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates these terms.
• You must not attempt to copy, distribute, or commercially exploit the question content without prior written permission.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download the question database.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform — question sets, UI design, and code — is the intellectual property of ExamSmith and Toolsmith Labs. Previous-year paper questions are reproduced for educational fair-use purposes.

4. Accuracy of Content

While we strive for accuracy, ExamSmith makes no warranty that question answers are 100% error-free. The Platform is a study aid; always cross-reference with official syllabus materials.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. ExamSmith shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

6. Privacy

We use Google Sign-In to identify you for leaderboard and sync purposes. We store your Google email and display name. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See the privacy policy linked in the footer for details.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Himachal Pradesh.
